Silk Neck Cloth

A staple of 18th-century menswear, the silk neckcloth was a mark of refinement and attention to detail. Typically tied snugly over the shirt collar, it could either fully conceal the collar or allow the points to extend neatly over the top, depending on personal preference or fashion of the moment.
