At Samson Historical, we strive for historical accuracy and total satisfaction; if your garment or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully fold the items and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all historical tags and components are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
